Bella and her husband purchased this 1971 cape in November 2005 that had been previously left empty for seven years. In a period of 3 months they turned it into a beautiful shingled style cottage befitting of its beach community surroundings. A departure from some of their more modern sensibilities, the interior has a beachy, airy yet cozy and comfortable vibe that lends itself to casual entertaining with friends and family.
